A Deep Earth Bunker is a bomb shelter with the basics, not that you can't add anything you want to it, like kitchens, bathrooms, bio filters etc, it's just more of a basic bomb shelter type unit up to 7,000 sq ft, buried underground, encased with steel and concrete fill in. These units are a lower cost version of our condos.

A Condo is a complete finished house underground, just like a house above ground, drywall, hard wood floors, fancy kitchen, bedrooms, laundry room, living room, hot tubs, we can even build a billiards room, theater room, underground pool in these just like a above ground house and is stick built by our custom home builder, it also gets buried and is a high tech bomb shelter with bio filtration units.
